Vacancy: Pre-school administrator
Start date: March 2013 Applications by 28th February
Hours: 4 hours a week, 38 weeks of the year – to be flexible i.e. some weeks 2 hours, some 6 hours but to be agreed in advance.
Candidates will need to provide two references indicating their suitability prior to interview and will be subject to a CRB check.
Renumeration: details given on application.
To assist the play leader and treasurer in their roles by undertaking some of the administrative work required. The successful candidate will work closely with both, as well as staff and parents.
Some training courses will be required – both external and in-house.
Good experience working with word and excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with basic accounting and credit control.
An ability to work well with a busy team with a flexible approach to working hours.
An ability to maintain confidentiality.
